Let talk about MAD behavior .

 

For Make a difference always look into all aspects of what you are doing.

In business it includes all stakeholders , investors , employees and customers.

 

In real life , includes all immediate family members , friends and colleagues.

 

All we needs to consider in business is how to make a difference in order to boost profit , improve our service delivery , giving value to our customers and capability building.

 

For real life , for sure every one have goals to achieve in life and ensure social responsibility and creating value of life achieved.

 

Part of MAD includes employee engagement – by thinking out of box and having GH ( Growth hacking) approach on every tasks we will definitely creating values.

While GH is part of developing plans , creating values though MAD behavior would boost employees loyalty as each and every members participating in success stories.

 

For deep thinking about MAD behavior , we should ask ourselves few questions:

Ask your self if you wand to Make a Difference

If YES, then identify what you need to go and Make a Difference.

Align all your life activities though Make a difference behavior.

Same time stop doing things that are not Making a Difference.

Always measure your daily activities to ensure you are really Making a Difference.

 And best part of this approach is to get other to go MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
